Manage your MCP request settings

You can edit your Model Context Protocol (MCP) request authorization details and adjust the settings that influence how you interact with the server.

Edit your STDIO request authorization details

You can edit your MCP standard input and output (STDIO) request authorization details.

To edit your STDIO request authorization details, do the following:

  1. Choose an existing STDIO MCP request or create a new one.

  2. Select the Environment tab.

  3. Add your authorization key-value pairs.

    Important: Use variables to protect your sensitive data. To learn more, see Variable types.

Edit your HTTP with SSE request authorization details

You can edit your MCP HTTP with server-sent events (SSE) request authorization details.

To edit your HTTP with SSE request authorization details, do the following:

  1. Choose an existing HTTP with SSE MCP request or create a new one.
  2. Select the Authorization tab.
  3. Select an Auth Type.
  4. Edit your authorization details.
